TIME ORDER

DELIVERY
Domestic orders take about 1-3 days to deliver.
For international orders, Quyn trusts the service from DHL Express through its own shipping channel, door-to-door delivery. Delivery time depends on Customer’s geographical location and local situation.
EXCHANGE – PAYMENT POLICY
Quyn is committed to making finished products in accordance with the requirements of the order in terms of design and quality. In the event that the product does not meet that commitment, the customer can choose to request a correction or destruction of the unique design.
For errors arising during the use of the Customer, Quyn supports to take care of the product with the most favorable price. At this time, we do not offer 1-for-1 service or refund under any circumstances.
METHODS OF REFUND AND CHARGES ARRIVAL
Customers pack and attach purchase invoices to bring directly to Quyn’s office or deliver by post to the address: Lot 17-18 Thanh Xuan Residence, 35 Le Van Thiem, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi. Customers are kindly requested to pay the shipping cost in advance when returning.
